OH MY GOD.....
I woke up this morning, sat bolt upright and realised (drumroll please) I am going to be 20 this year! I remember being 9 at primary school, sat on the benches with Biddy & Alana and saying i cannot imagine being as old as 10... and we all laughed and said could be worse... YOU COULD BE TURNING 20! But oh god.... I am turning 20. What has happened to the last10 years?! I dont think my parents look old enough to have a 20 year old daughter, hell i dont think i look old enough to have parents that are old enough to have a 20 year old daughter!
The kids at the youth club i work at have started calling me "miss"...... when i went in to my mums school to help out they all said "miss williiiiaaaaaammmssss" and "miiiissss" I quickly put a stop to that and said "if you want my help or to talk to me call me emma, if you say miss i will ignore u" It also made me realise how annoying i must have been as a child refering to EVERY teacher as "miiiiiiiisssss" and "siiiiiiir" usually those names were preceeded by the word "oh but....." swiftly followed by "thats not faaaaair i only banged in to her twice cus she grabbed my pigtails and said george fancied me" Which admitidly i think he did, but who could blame him! Always was the early developer was I, first bra at 10, periods at 11.... he excitment of being female hey! And in my defence..... the girl in question was called Emily and we were rivals and well she soooo had it coming!
OH MY GOD..... wait a sec if i am 20 this year.... and 10 years has already gone so quickly.... oh shit im going to be 30 soon! OH NOOOOOOO! Once again que primary school flashback - do you remember sitting with your mates guessing the first names and ages of teachers? No just my group then oh well... we did do that and when we guessed 30 we'd all giggle and say if we were that old we'd die.... OH I HOPE I DON'T DIE. Obviously we all die eventually but you know what i mean.
Does this mean i should start using anti-wrinkle cream now? Should i not drink/eat anything after 6pm? Should i take up an aromatherapy course and refer to kids as "youngsters"? Does this mean i can join the bingo club...? Is my life as good as over? Should i buy one of those plastic hats old women wear when they go shopping in the rain? OH MY GOD DO I HAVE TO START WEARING GRANNY PANTS?!
Its tough being old.... i think my back hurts.... arthritis is setting in... BLUE RINSE BRING IT ON! Im off for a rest and a cup of oveltine....

No you should definatley not eat after 6pm, you will not digest it too well!
